FOOTWORK WARM UP
Everyone chalk out your starting feet (under the hips) and your catching feet (squat width).
1. 20 x jump and land in your catching feet.
2. 20 x jump and land in your catching feet without looking.
3. 20 x jump and land in your catching feet while bringing elbows up
4. 20 x "" no bar, elbows up and a 1/4 squat or bend in the knee
5. 20 x "" with an empty barbell
HANG CLEAN WARM UP
1. 15 x empty bar, high hang clean. land in 1/4 squat.
2. 15 x empty bar, low hang clean, land in 1/4 squat.
