LN CrossFit Kids classes are designed to excite your kids about physical fitness, friendship and fun.
We are now running specific classes appropriate for 6-16 year olds (6 – 10, 11-16) with focus on getting active, building confidence and learning new skills.
During our classes your kids will learn functional movements in a group setting with the emphasis on fun and safe movement.
They’ll learn the basic mechanics of running, jumping, throwing, swinging and much more.
They’ll be taught how fitness can be fun, inclusive and broad in addition to setting them up for any sporting endeavours they want to chase in the future.
We are running CrossFit Kids classes as below:
Thursdays
4:15 - 5:00pm // ALL AGES
Saturdays
1:30 – 2:30pm // 6 – 10 year olds
2:45 – 3:45pm // 11 – 16 year olds
Price:
£25 per month for Kids Unlimited sessions
