CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. We combine weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio in workouts that are designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles working hard. Our workouts are based on movements that make you better at everyday life, like running, jumping, lifting, squatting, and gymnastics. The program is different each day, so your brain never gets bored and your body never gets lazy. Working at intensity increases power output, and gives faster results.
The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective. Our gym is free of ego, and full of encouragement. Everyone knows everyone else by name, and the coaching staff are committed to helping each person reach their potential.
While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed to be scalable for any level of ability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of current fitness level or experience. We train full time athletes, nurses, teachers, soldiers, and grandparents side by side in the same class.
