The Strong Base Nutrition One to One Coaching programme is for anyone who is ready to make a serious commitment to change.
Working with me for a period of no less than six months will allow us to develop a plan unique to you, taking in to account your health history, your current knowledge and available time, and your specific goals. This is how long real change will take.
Week after week, we will work to shed some of the unhelpful habits and beliefs that you have developed with respect to food and replace them with more helpful ones. From what you eat to when to how you feel while you are doing it. We will examine each behaviour and see if we can make it better.
It won’t be plain sailing. Change is never easy.
But you will be involved in every aspect of the programme and will have the power to make decisions about what you are ready, willing, and able to change.
I will be there to guide and advise, to encourage and occasionally to provide kicks up the backside.

Payment to be collected by standing order.
At the end of the first six months, you can stop your programme, or choose to renew for additional coaching in blocks of 3 months.

The One to One Programme includes:
Face to Face Kick Off Meeting (90 mins)
In our first meeting we will discuss you, your goals, your starting point, and collect some information about your daily life and health history.
Using this information we will agree on our first set of Actions – small, manageable tasks that you can complete every day and which will start to move you towards your goals.
Weekly Check Ins (Face to Face or Zoom, 45mins)
During our weekly check in we will review the previous week, highlight what worked best from our agreed set of actions, and identify any actions that were not as effective.
We then agree on a set of actions to go forward with for the following week. These may be the same or slightly different from previous weeks, but they will always be personal to you, and you will always have the last say in final plan.
We will try to have our meeting at the same time/day each week. This is important for accountability and sometimes a good exercise in Making Time and guarding it against other demands for your attention.
Continuous Support using ProCoach software
You will be given access to the Strong Base Nutrition ProCoach system – this is bespoke software designed by Precision Nutrition to help us keep in touch through the week, and to keep all of our work and messages together in the same, secure location.
We will use ProCoach to document all of the actions that we agree, and to make sure that you have a simple system for tracking any of the markers that we decide to measure. This can be done through a free, user friendly app on your phone.
Twice weekly I will send you a message to check in and see how you are getting on with that week’s actions, to help trouble shoot any issues that you are having, and to remind you that you always have your coach in your corner. You can send messages to me at any time on ProCoach which I will answer when I check in with you.
To ensure that all of my One to One members get the very best support from me, I will only be taking on 5 clients at a time.
